Marcy Stearns

Marcy Stearns grew up on a dairy farm in New York State, near the Vermont border. She attended Gordon College and Nyack College, graduating from the latter with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She has taught over 25 years in Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont and Massachusetts. She has also served on short-term mission trips, including teaching English in Japan. 
 

Marcy received her Master's Degree in instructional technology from American International University and holds permanent teaching certificates from the State of New York and the Association of Christian Schools International.
 

Marcy has four grown children and five grandchildren. She came to Texas this year to live near her oldest son and his family in White Oak. She loves babysitting her granddaughter and crocheting gifts for all of her grandchildren.
