Mrs. Rusty Gorby received her degrees in English and Physical Education from Texas A&M and North Texas. She has taught secondary English since 1988—for six years in public schools, in home school co-ops and online, and in private Christian schools in Texas and Virginia. Mrs. Gorby enjoys writing curriculum that instills confidence in her students and that encourages them to love writing and learning. When Mrs. Gorby isn’t teaching English, she is teaching kids to swim and enjoying her family: husband, Mark; and children: Jake, Abi, Katie, and Justin.
